How Many Years Old Buildings Does Urban Transformation Cover?

As an answer to the question of which buildings are covered by urban transformation, it can be said that reinforced concrete buildings can be included in the scope of urban transformation if they fulfill their lifespan, regardless of their age, considering the materials used and ground conditions. Under Law No. 6306 on Urban Transformation of Areas Under Disaster Risk, there is no year or age restriction for buildings. Therefore, all old buildings can be included in this scope no matter how old they are.
