The list of documents to be collected during urban transformation is as following;

1. Application
2. Photocopy of Title Deed
3. (Title Deed Holder) copy of identity card
4. Share breakdown letter (taken from the title deed)
5. Address verification letter (from the municipality)
6. Real Estate Notification Letter (obtained from the Municipality)
7. If it will be done by proxy, power of attorney with the phrase of Law No. 6306
